Please take note of your printer brand (HP, Brother, Canon, etc.) and find your cartridge number on the top of your inkjet cartridge(s). In order to remove your cartridges, you might need to turn on your printer, open the cartridge compartment, and wait for the cartridges to move into the retrieval position.
